Work on the
superstructures and hull are almost done now with smaller details still
missing. The bridge has been remodelled including the roof, in which the
circular area in the back has been left out for the surface radar. Incorrect
plastic parts where replaced with PE parts that were cut into the right
shape. The aft deck was sanded down and detailed to depict the current
upgraded version of the PN.
The plastic mast was replaced and scratchbuilt since it was not very
accurate to begin with. The barrels of the 3 inch guns were replaced since
the original ones were too short and too thick. A few details were also
added to the platform of the 40mm twin guns.
