This will be a present for my best friend, who is also a military and naval enthusiast. I thought of surprising him with a ship from his home country. It will not be a very detailed build since his birthday is upcoming and I will have to try to get it done by then. Therefore I picked up one of Revell's old OHP kits and it will be a quick OOB build for in between my actual models. |

Despite not wanting to detail the
ship too much due to time constraints, it turns out to be fairly difficult
not to add a few details or improve the kit. So I did decide to rebuild the
two radome platforms. Both masts are now built, all railings and safety nets attached. |

With all decks and vertical
surfaces now painted, the masts were attached and the sea scape created (no
gloss coat yet).
Next step is adding the final details which includes the rigging and antennas. |
